St. Louis style mainly refers to a thinner crust and a different cheese mixture. There are some other identifiers but I don't care so much -- it's just a favorite, proven by my portly companion's insistence that we buy a year's worth of monthly visits at a charity event we went to a couple of years ago. We thus joined a special society by not missing a month -- and keep in mind, we live way west and this place is in the heart of Waldo. (I've never been to the one in Lee's Summit but it's lasted there a few years so I assume it's just as good.)
You'll note the pictures here are mostly about salad (well, 4 to 2). That's because I love their salad bar, even though it IS 2014. For an extra three bucks or so, you can fill a plate -- which, obviously, we all did. Portly's isn't shown here -- it was TOO large (and messy looking). Everything is very fresh and the most ardent vegan could eat here happily.

And try this restaurant, if you haven't already. Butterscotch pudding and gooey cake and pizza (and salad), oh my!
