Cottage Cheese is More than a Thighs Descriptor
There's nothing wrong with dimensions of 30-30-30. So when I went home for lunch, there was frequently cottage cheese -- small curd, low-fat cottage cheese. With pineapple. Quickly, I grew to hate it. Yet I ate it. That hunger thing.
For the next forever number of years, I've avoided it like malaria, even though husband Bill occasionally ordered it with his hamburger as an option. Really. Not fries. Not share-able either, not that I would want to.
For some reason, I recently bought it to try again. Large curd, full fat. (I think it has 10 or so calories more than low fat and those calories apparently make all the difference!) I mixed it with some vanilla Greek yogurt. Delicious, I tell you, scrumptious.
I'm now up to, or down to, depending on your overall cottage cheese philosophy, just eating the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. It makes a GREAT lunch.
I think it should be trending soon.
